Axess Academy

Axess Academy began its activities in March 2024. The organization was established with the goal of training human resources tailored to the needs of the oil industry, as well as forming the Axone Group. Up to now, it has successfully conducted various courses in employee empowerment, psychology, and technical training for enthusiasts and employees of the company.

Additionally, this organization collaborates closely with the Human Resources team to attract talented students and graduates for internships and employment.

Axess Academy, with the aim of introducing its activities and familiarizing top-tier universities in the country that offer petroleum engineering programs with the operations of the Axone Group, has organized visits to these universities and held seminars to present the holding.
In this regard, a comprehensive introduction of the group has also been provided to the scientific and research departments of these universities.

The Axone Group, in collaboration with the Axess Academy team, organized two online tests and two in-person tests designed in a game-like format to identify and select the top candidates from among a large number of applicants.

Ultimately, an exciting and challenging scientific competition was designed among the selected students in the final stage. The students were divided into different groups, and the top groups were chosen by the academy. Valuable prizes were also awarded to the winning students.

Axess Academy, with the support of Axoen Group, organized its first training course in August 2024 to familiarize students with the work environment and employment conditions.

In this course, experienced instructors in technical, financial, economic, and psychological fields were employed to ensure participants benefited from comprehensive development across all areas and to help them choose their career paths correctly.

The Axone Group, in line with its organizational and ethical commitments and with the aim of expanding collaborations with universities across the country, officially commenced its industrial-scientific partnership with the Petroleum University of Technology by signing a memorandum of understanding.

This collaboration includes organizing technical courses for engineers and senior managers of oil companies, as well as establishing communication channels between the Petroleum University of Technology and foreign petroleum engineering universities.

According to a well-organized and coordinated schedule, the Axess Tour team conducted a scientific tour for undergraduate students of the Petroleum University Technology (Ahwaz). During this tour, students visited operational sites and technical workshops of subsidiary companies of Axon, including Homa Pasargad and Afsan Engineering Company.

This technological tour was not merely a simple visit; it was held with strong mentoring from senior engineers of the companies to enable students to gain a deeper and more practical understanding of the courses they have learned at university. At the end, to increase the appeal and engagement of the tour, a scientific and group competition among the students was organized.

Correspondence with this university to collaborate on establishing joint training programs between the National Oil Company and China University of Petroleum began in Aban 1404 (October-November 2025) and is currently ongoing. It is hoped that in the near future, the courses and the final list of registrants will be completed and finalized.

Among the targeted courses are advanced reservoir modeling, geosciences, safety, cementing, and well logging.

Kazan University in Russia is considered one of the country’s reputable universities. Given Russia’s significant position in the world regarding oil and especially gas resources, Access Academy decided to initiate communications with this university, which ultimately led to the signing of a memorandum of understanding and a cooperation agreement.
